No Time Like the Present: Gestalt Therapy Personal Growth Group
4 Consecutive Thursdays in February (5th, 12th, 19th and 26th) from 6:30 to 9:00pm
Gestalt Therapy is a powerful means of achieving deeper insight and perspective into patterns of behavior and awareness. The goal of Gestalt work is to move through stuck patterns in one’s life in order to achieve greater freedom, clarity, and inner peace. While therapy is often thought of as a treatment for depression, anxiety or mental illness, the Gestalt approach truly shines when applied to personal growth and empowerment. It is a therapy that is truly too good to be reserved solely for the distressed!
In these four small group sessions, participants will have the opportunity to examine the “stuck” places in their lives and expand beyond them into a greater experience of personal empowerment. At the same time, individuals seeking greater awareness and insight into their own capacities for growth and the attainment of personal goals will find support and an opportunity to accelerate the process of change.
Whether you wish to experience less stress and more joy in your life, are struggling in relationship, having difficulty letting go of a past event, or are eagerly seeking to embrace a more rewarding future, this workshop is for you!
The cost for all four sessions is 100.00 per person (that's only 25.00 per session). The group will be limited to 6 to 8 people and preregistration is necessary. If you would like to be a part of this unique event, please contact Bryan Dieterich directly at 828-989-6004 or email [email protected] by Friday January 23rd to reserve your space.
